We're hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Trussville, Alabama. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional with strong accuracy and experience managing accounts payable, preferably within the construction industry.

What You'll Do

- Monitor and upload invoices received by email, fax, and mail into accounting software
n
- Accurately enter invoice information and distribute invoices to the appropriate departments
n
- Verify and post approved invoices
n
- Review subcontractor pay applications for contract compliance and process entries
n
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
n
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoice and payment status
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in construction
n
- Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
n
- Excellent computer and organizational skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
n
- Strong communication and follow-through
