We are seeking a motivated individual to join our highly driven team in Yatala

n

The Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator to join our team based at Yatala, QLD.

n

Reporting to the Installations Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

n

n
- Scheduling tank installations on a day-to-day basis to meet a planned scheduled
n
- Rescheduling of installations when required
n
- Updating installer schedules with current status e.g. completed or deferred
n
- Invoicing the previous days installations upon confirmation of completed install
n
- Liaising with plumbers and supervisors to achieve desired outcomes for installations
n
- Coordinating with the Logistics and Planning departments about installations after delivery
n
- Cooperating with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same
n
- Developing employee awareness of product compliance obligations
n
- Actively participating in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
n

About You:

- Experience in customer service and communication
n
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise
n
- Ability to change, adapt and continuously improve
n
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365
n
