The Position:

- Liaise with senior executives and their clients, multiple stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver seamless, high-impact events and daily services.
n
- Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and innovation.
n
- Drive operational excellence, balancing financial performance with uncompromising quality.
n
- Champion continuous improvement and elevate service standards across all touchpoints.

The Person:

n

n
- Act as the key client and guest-facing representative, delivering exceptional hospitality experiences through a hands-on leadership approach. This is not an office-based role. You will be actively present on the floor, engaging with clients and guests, ensuring exceptional service standards, and confidently advising on menus, wine pairings, and premium service delivery.

- Proven leadership in fine dining, luxury hotels, or high-end corporate hospitality.
n
- Qualifications in hospitality or business management (preferred).
n




- A polished communicator with a client-first mindset and a passion for service excellence.
n
- A proactive, professional leader with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
n
- Eligible to obtain a National Police Check.
