Job Description

Vocus Group is seeking a Government Assurance Engineer to join the Melbourne-based Operations Command Centre, in office in the CBD. The role supports network operations, incident management, and service delivery across voice technologies, with a 24/7/365 rotating shift and NV1 Baseline Clearance requirement.

You will monitor, diagnose, and resolve incidents, coordinate escalation, and produce reports on network performance and staffing.
