As a part of Capgemini Invent, the digital innovation and transformation brand of the Capgemini Group, we are seeking a Managing Consultant for our AI & Enterprise Automation team. This role is pivotal in driving AI-first transformation programs on the ServiceNow platform, enabling clients to enhance their operational efficiency and productivity.

Your Role

In this position, you will define and deliver AI-driven transformation initiatives, acting as a techno-functional subject matter expert. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to position ServiceNow as a strategic platform for autonomous enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the definition and delivery of AI-first transformation programs utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
- Serve as a techno-functional subject matter expert, assisting clients in designing, implementing, and scaling AI-enabled workflows.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to position ServiceNow as a platform for enhancing autonomous enterprise operations and productivity.
- Define and shape enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps that leverage ServiceNow capabilities.
- Advise senior stakeholders on AI operating models, governance, risk, compliance, and realization of AI-driven business value.
- Translate business requirements into effective AI-enabled workflow solutions.
- Design and support the implementation of AI Control Tower for lifecycle management, governance, and observability.
- Create agentic AI workflows that enable autonomous execution and define data, integration, and workflow architectures for AI-enabled solutions.
- Support the adoption of Employee Works capabilities,



leveraging conversational AI and knowledge orchestration.
- Contribute to the delivery of comprehensive transformation programs and ensure solution quality through governance and best practices.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposals, RFPs, and client pitches focused on AI-led transformation.

Your Profile

- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of proven experience in technology-enabled transformation or consulting.
- Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, with multi-module exposure preferred.
- Experience in AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Technical and functional expertise in at least two of the following areas: ServiceNow consulting or implementations, AI/GenAI/automation use cases, conversational AI/virtual agents, enterprise architecture, data, or integration.
- Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI principles, as well as workflow design and process automation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior clients.
- Capability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and contribute to proposals and sales activities.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
