Ventia is a trusted partner of the Department of Defence, delivering essential services across military bases nationwide. We’re looking for enthusiastic team players to deliver great food and beverage service for Defence personnel at RAAF East Sale.

What You’ll Do

- Serve Military Personnel during messes (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- Deliver an outstanding service to all guests, every shift
- Provide professional bar service (RSA standards)
- Keep dining and bar areas clean and tidy
- Assist with basic food prep and restocking where needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Work as part of a friendly, supportive team

What We’re Looking For

- At least 1 year hospitality experience
- RSA (or willing to obtain)




- Excellent attitude and commitment to customer service
- Australian Citizenship (required for Defence clearance)
