About The Role!

n

Working closely with one of the practice's senior partners, you'll join a highly regarded and rapidly growing Brisbane Corporate & Commercial team, advising clients from start-ups and private businesses through to ASX-listed and large unlisted public companies.

- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A;)
n




- Capital raising
n
- Structuring and corporate restructures
n
- Commercial contract matters
n
- Scoping, planning and conducting due diligence
n
- Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, including sale and purchase agreements and disclosure materials
n
- Managing the completion process
n

n

What You'll Bring!

n

n
- 5+ years PAE within a reputable corporate practice
n
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to deliver technically and commercially astute advice
n
- Proven experience preparing and negotiating transaction documents and commercial contracts, including governance agreements and corporate advice
n
- Strong strategic and critical thinking capabilities
n
- Well-developed project and relationship management ability
n
- The ability to work autonomously, mentor junior colleagues and help allocate team resources effectively
n
