About the Company

Our client is a well-established developer-builder with a growing presence in the residential market. With several projects currently in delivery and further opportunities in the pipeline, the business is continuing to build out its platform.

A key focus for the successful candidate will be a $500m residential development, providing the opportunity to work on a project of significant scale while also gaining exposure to other developments across the business.

n

The team operates in a practical and collaborative environment, with a strong focus on getting projects delivered. You will work alongside the General Manager and a range of external partners, including JV partners, consultants and contractors.

n

With the business continuing to expand, there is scope for the successful candidate to grow with it and step into greater responsibility over time.

n

About the Role

n

This role will see you involved across the full development process, with responsibility for driving projects from the early planning stages through to completion.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Driving projects through planning, design, approvals and delivery.
n
- Tracking project costs, programmes and key milestones.
n
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and project partners.
n
- Managing planning matters, approvals and design development.
n
- Reviewing feasibility,



budgets and project financials.
n
- Managing issues and risks as they arise throughout delivery.
n
- Working with the General Manager on key project decisions.
n
- Assisting with the assessment and progression of future opportunities.
n

Experience Required

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in property development, preferably within residential.
n
- Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
n
- Experience taking residential projects through multiple stages of the development cycle.
n
- Solid understanding of development feasibilities, project costs and financials.
n
- Robust organisational and project management skills.
n
- Comfortable dealing with consultants, contractors, JV partners and other stakeholders.
