As our Defence programs continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality, compliance and continuous improvement across key projects and manufacturing operations in Holden Hill, South Australia.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will own quality outcomes across our expanding Defence programs while driving compliance, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the broader business.

Key responsibilities

Lead quality outcomes across Defence programs and manufacturing operations

Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System

Manage audits, non-conformances, corrective actions and quality investigations

Drive quality planning, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives

Support customer, supplier and certification audits

Monitor quality performance and provide recommendations to leadership

Champion a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement

About You

5+ years' experience in a Quality Manager,



Senior Quality Engineer or Quality Assurance leadership role

Strong working knowledge and practical experience managing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and AS9100D requirements

Experience conducting audits, managing non-conformances and driving corrective actions

Experience working within Defence

Robust communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Highly Regarded

Engineering or related technical qualifications

Experience in automotive, aerospace, maritime, rail or advanced manufacturing environments
