Job Description

Rockpool Residential Aged Care is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator / Community Leader to lead a defined resident community at our Northshore Hamilton home, reporting to the General Manager. The role combines clinical leadership with operational oversight to deliver secure, person-centred care across all shifts.
