Estia Health is seeking a friendly, customer‑focused individual to be the first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services in Adelaide. You will support residents and families on their journey into residential aged care and help build lasting referrals.

In this role you will handle in‑person, phone and email inquiries with a can‑do attitude; maintain paperwork; showcase the home to prospective residents; and apply your sales and negotiation skills to secure recent referral sources
