Green by Nature is looking for an experienced 4000-D Mower Operator and a hands‐on leader with a strong commitment to quality and safety, to maintain and enhance green spaces across multiple open space sites in Southeast Queensland.

n

As a Mowing Team Leader - 4000-D Operator, you will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing open spaces, and roadside works. You will operate a 4000D mower to ensure our landscapes remain pristine and well‐kept. You will also be required to drive an MR truck, transporting the 4000D mower between sites.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Your day‐to‐day responsibilities will include:

n

- Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results.
n
- Operating 4000-D mowers, brush cutters, and other maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
n
- Maintaining roadsides and open spaces to the highest standards.
n
- Conducting daily equipment inspections and ensuring machinery is well maintained.
n
- Completing scheduled maintenance and service requests.
n
- Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures.
n
- Working closely with your team while leading from the front.
n

What We're Looking For

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Previous experience operating commercial mowing equipment is preferred.
n
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team (highly regarded).
n
- Construction White Card.
n
- Current and valid MR or HR licence.
n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
n
- Solid communication and leadership skills.
n
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
n
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
n
- The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
