Are you a Payroll SME looking to move into consulting, or already working as a consultant?

We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Subject Matter Expert to join our consulting team.

This role may suit someone already working in consulting, or someone who has developed deep payroll and payroll systems expertise within a Local Government, State Government, University or other complex organisation and is interested in moving into consulting.

Experience in one or more of the following systems is desirable:





- TechnologyOne (preferred)
- Dayforce
- Civica
- Employment Hero
- Aurion
- Chris21 / Frontier Software

Key Responsibilities

- Support payroll system implementation and enhancement projects
- Provide payroll functional expertise
- Assist with requirements gathering and solution design
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Work closely with clients and project teams

About You

You will have solid payroll knowledge, experience with enterprise payroll systems, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Previous consulting experience is welcome but not required.
