About The Role

n

The Service Delivery Analyst provides frontline ICT support, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents and service requests while delivering a consistent and positive user experience.

n

Your main duties will include:

n

- Call Handling & Real-time support
n
- Incident & Request Resolution
n
- Maintain good ticket Management & throughput practices
n
- Support a collaborative and high-performing team environment
n
- Build strong relationships with site staff
n
- Work in accordance with the mission and vision of Calvary and actively participate in developing a culture that promotes Calvary's values of healing, hospitality, stewardship, and respect.

- Will involve after hours support from time to time
n

About You

- Experience in ICT support
n
- Strong customer service skills
n
- Ability to manage workload and priorities
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Have access to a car and valid current drivers license
n
