Job Description

BiiGGA is seeking a dedicated Broker Support & Application Processor to assist finance brokers with SME funding submissions from receipt to settlement. The role blends customer service, document handling and policy-based serviceability checks (training provided).

You will manage broker communications, review applications, request missing information and ensure timely updates and decisions within defined SLAs. Robust communication and attention to detail are essential.
