Join a team that knows gold and values those who do too! We're Hiring: Process Technician (Gold Plant Experience Required) This is a lifestyle-friendly FIFO role (8:6 | 7:7) from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie. You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a processing plant to be considered.

About The Plant

n

Commissioned in May 2023 by GR Engineering Ltd, the Mt. Ida Gold Processing Plant is a CIL facility, designed to crush to a fine grind of 45 microns for maximum recovery. With a multiple-pit feed strategy, the plant has been built for flexibility, efficiency, and results.

This position requires a process technician that understands the process of gold recovery, likes to be hands on and has worked with pre-leach thickeners in the past.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

n

n
- Safe and productive operation from crusher to tails.
n
- Monitoring and troubleshooting across mill, thickener, leach, CIL, water services, and elution circuits, and control room experience
n
- Plant sampling and daily inspections, DCS monitoring, record keeping, and shift handovers.
n
- Risk identification and management across the process plant.
n
- Upholding strong housekeeping and safety standards.
n
- Ability to operate various small mobile plant - skidsteer, forklift and telehandler (desirable)

To Succeed In This Role, You Must Have

n

- Recent experience in a gold processing plant with CIL/Elution system
n
- Control room operation experience
n
- Current unrestricted WA "C" Class Driver's Licence (Essential)
n
- NPC clearance and full working rights in Australia (Essential)
n
- A practical mindset and a proactive attitude
