Job Description

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist to monitor inventory control at partner fulfillment centers in Australia. You will be the in office ShipBob representative, working with leadership to resolve merchant concerns and support scalable operations.

You will run daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, perform audits, and ensure 24-hour resolution of variances while communicating updates to the OSS Area Manager and Operations Manager onsite.
