- Participate in ACCIONA's Graduate Program combining real project experience, structured learning, and global collaboration

- Complete the national induction and boot camp
n
- Collaborate with 200+ graduates from 10+ countries
n
- Undertake three rotations to explore interests, build capability, and define a career pathway
n
- Contribute to communications and stakeholder management across major construction projects
n
- Participate in the recruitment process, including a one-way video and face-to-face interview
n
- Commence the graduate program on 27 January 2027

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in a related field
n
- Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
n
- Full completion of undergraduate-level study within the last 3 years (2024–2026)
n
- Mobility and flexibility
n
- Desire to work on construction projects locally, regionally, and interstate
