Life Without Barriers in Hobart is seeking a House Manager to lead our Youth Residential Care program. You will oversee daily operations of the residence, ensuring a safe, culturally respectful and healing environment for young people with complex needs.

You will mentor a team of residential support workers, implement therapeutic approaches, and coordinate with child safety services to support transitions to stable outcomes. Permanent full time role with salary packaging.
