Job Description

- Partner with leaders across Australia & Recent Zealand to provide hands‐on HR support by implementing people strategies aligned to business goals
n
- Coach managers to build confident, capable teams and navigate people matters
n
- Provide practical advice on employee relations, HR processes, policies, and legislation
n
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from contracts to performance and development
n
- Drive performance outcomes through coaching, reviews, and succession planning
n
- Identify growth opportunities and support learning and development initiatives
n
- Lead and support change management activities across the business
n
- Prepare HR reports and documentation, and contribute to key HR projects
n
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to deliver a seamless employee experience
n

Requirements

n

n
- 3+ years' experience in a HR Generalist or HRBP role
n
- Formal HR qualifications
n
- Strong understanding of AU & NZ employment legislation (Contemporary Awards essential)
n
- Experience in retail, FMCG or similar fast‐paced environments (highly regarded)
n
- Ability to build relationships, influence and partner with stakeholders
n
- Proactive mindset with strategic thinking and attention to detail
n




- Experience across core HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance, and development
n
