- Ideally you will be an Agile Practitioner with proven track record and experience in agile coaching and scaled delivery for large scale enterprise/Banking Financial Services sectors.
- Hands on experience from either a Scrum Master or true Agile coaching background.
- Passionate about teaching, with a natural kinship to work with others and support their learning.
- A solid understanding of technology and business systems strategically and operationally.
- Coaching and mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of project management disciplines.
