Location of Office: 29-30 Grattan St, Prahran
Location of Properties: South Yarra, Toorak, Prahran, Windsor, St Kilda East, and Balaclava
Hours: Monday to Friday, Flexible start and finish times + AGMs from office or home at 6:00pm
Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 excluding super (Depending on Experience and Performance)
Start Date: Immediate start or negotiated

We’re looking for a passionate and driven OC Manager to join us and manage a portfolio of properties across inner South East Melbourne. We bring a different approach to the OC industry through responsive, proactive, reliable, friendly service with Owners, Property Managers, Tenants and Contractors

We also offer a unique background of experience and additional offerings to compliment the typical OC Managers role

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and manage AGMs: Run efficient and productive meetings with property owners and stakeholders.

Coordinate property works: Obtain quotes from a database of contractors for both major and minor property projects and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Secure insurance coverage: Liaise with the Committee and insurance broker to arrange renewal insurance and managing coverage details.

Resolve daily property issues: Stay on top of the daily tasks that keep everything running—whether that means troubleshooting challenges or driving between properties to complete photo reports.

Grow with us: Play a key role in expanding and developing our portfolio over time, building relationships and adding value to the properties under your care.

What We’re Looking For:





You to have a valid driver’s license and the ability to provide a police check and working with children check (reimbursed upon receipt).

A broad level of experience in OC Management is a favored and additional training can be provided to assist where needed

Ideally, you will live close to the area for ease of travel to the office and between properties.
