Job Description

Pacific National is seeking a proactive HSE Advisor to join our Queensland team in Gracemere. You will coach leaders, drive continuous safety improvement and embed robust risk management across our rail operations.

This hands-on role requires delivering training on PN's safety systems, facilitating risk assessments, leading investigations, and supporting audits. Expect regional travel and close collaboration with the HSE team to achieve meaningful safety outcomes.
