Job Description

Western Health's Melton Community Mental Health Team seeks a Senior Mental Health Clinician to lead recovery-focused care and coordinate complex cases. The role provides day-to-day clinical guidance within a multidisciplinary team, balancing assessment, treatment and care coordination for people with complex mental health needs.

Applicants should have solid clinical judgement, and experience in public mental health, with knowledge of recovery-oriented practice.
