SAYA Skincare is growing, and we're looking for a motivated and proactiveSales & Retail Assistantto join our team.

We're looking for someone who is confident with customers, enjoys sales, has great energy and is passionate about building solid relationships with both retail and B2B clients.

n

The role includes:

- Full-time coverage and support of our retail store
n
- Following up with B2B clients and sales opportunities
n
- Responding to email enquiries and stockist requests
n
- Following up with existing clients and building strong relationships
n
- Managing Shopify enquiries and providing excellent customer service
n
- Handling returns and exchanges
n
- Supporting retail customer loyalty and follow-up
n

We're looking for someone who:

n





n
- Hasprevious retail experience — this is a must
n
- Has experience usingShopify
n
- Has a positive attitude and a genuine interest in sales
n
- Is confident communicating with customers and business clients
n
- Is organised, proactive and detail-oriented
n
- Can work independently while being part of a small, growing team
n
- Has a passion for skincare, beauty or wellness —a strong plus!
