Job Description

Bupa Aged Care is seeking a Care Manager to lead the care home team and deliver person-centred care with clinical governance at the forefront. You will support the General Manager and guide the clinical operation to ensure residents receive high quality care daily.

You will oversee care planning, risk management and governance, while mentoring staff and collaborating with health professionals to continually improve resident outcomes. This role emphasises teamwork and compassionate leadership.
