Job Description

South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver holistic nursing care to older adults in their homes within the Macarthur area. You will complete holistic nursing assessments, wound care, and support transition from hospital to home, with client education on continence, diabetes and medication management.

The role requires AHPRA registration, a driver's license, and a commitment to the vaccination requirements.
