Job Description

Ergomed Group is seeking a Medical Information Associate in Australia to support the Medical Information team. Responsibilities include handling medical enquiries in English, reporting adverse events, and maintaining a thorough information database.

Requirements include a Life science or biomedical degree, 2+ years in medical information or PV, 1 year in a call centre, and strong English skills. Additional language skills are a plus. Office-based role with team-oriented PV professionals.
