We are partnering with a leading global company to seek a Head of Finance, based in Australia. Responsible for driving financial performance, commercial decision-making and strategic planning across the ANZ business.

Key Responsibilities

- Own ANZ P&L;, revenue, gross margin and cost performance.
n
- Partner with leadership to drive commercial decisions and growth.
n
- Lead AOP, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
n
- Provide insights and challenge assumptions to improve profitability.
n
- Develop KPIs and enhance financial visibility and reporting.
n
- Lead and develop the team.
n
- Oversee SOX, internal controls and audit requirements.
n
- Drive Finance process and system improvements.
n

Requirements

n

n




- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; CPA qualified preferred.
n
- 10+ years' Finance experience.
n
- Strong P&L;, FP&A; and commercial business partnering experience.
n
- Manufacturing, supply chain or distribution experience preferred.
n
- Solid commercial, analytical and strategic mindset.
n
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
n
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, OneStream or similar reporting tools.
n
- Strong SOX, internal controls and leadership experience.
