Eastern Creek, NSW | 12 Week Casual Contract - Full Time Hours | Onsite

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Operations Administrator to join a leading food and beverage manufacturing organisation based in Eastern Creek.

n

This is a hands‐on administration role supporting daily operations, office activities, purchase order processing, invoicing and reporting. The position is fully onsite, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with an immediate start and potential for extension beyond the initial 12-week contract.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage day‐to‐day administration activities
n
- Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate data records
n
- Process customer purchase orders and invoices
n
- Support office operations and employee engagement activities
n
- Coordinate ordering of office supplies, uniforms and general consumables
n
- Maintain administration systems and documentation
n
- Provide general operational support to the site team
n

About You

n

- Previous administration or operations support experience
n
- Experience processing purchase orders and invoices
n
- Solid data entry and reporting skills
n
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
n
- Able to work independently in a fast‐paced environment
n
- Reliable and available to commence at short notice
n

- Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
