Job Description

- Build workforce capability through effective onboarding, training and competency development programs
n
- Deliver engaging one on one, field based and group training across operational teams
n
- Conduct competency assessments and verification of competency activities
n
- Support the ongoing development of training systems, records and compliance requirements
n
- Partner with leaders and crews to strengthen skills, knowledge and operational performance
n
- Promote a strong safety culture through practical coaching and mentoring in the field
n

Requirements

n

n
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or Enterprise Trainer/Assessor Skillset)
n
- Operational experience within mining, processing, maintenance or another heavy industry environment
n
- Experience delivering training, inductions, coaching, mentoring or competency assessments
n
- Familiarity with INX/Quartex Intuition or similar training management systems would be advantageous
n
