Possability Group is seeking a lead therapeutic practitioner to support children and young people with complex needs in NSW. You will deliver trauma-informed, person-centred care and guide Care Teams while managing a caseload of up to 12 CYP. NSW roles also include case management.
You will assess needs, develop interventions, lead team meetings and provide supervision to clinical staff, applying evidence-based practice to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
