POSITION
Due to incredible growth the position of Graduate Accountant has been created.
This role will involve and not be limited to:
- Work under a highly experienced CFO and a small finance team
- Assist with monthly financial and management reporting
- Assist with statutory reporting
- Data entry
- Assist with AP and AR
This would be a great chance for someone looking to build a long term career in the commercial space.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Degree Qualified or close to being degree qualified
- 6 months+ accounting or bookkeeping experience (exposure to the construction industry is desirable but not necessary)
- Public Practice experience highly desirable (business services or bookkeeping)
- Experience with Xero
- Very stable employment history (non negotiable)
- Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Energetic and motivated personality with great multi-tasking
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (non negotiable)
- A self starter who is able to take direction from managers
