We are seeking a highly organised EDO Planner to join the team based in Moorebank.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A background in Freight Forwarding
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong industry knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail

This role incorporates an AI-driven workflow, requiring you to register jobs in our management systems, review and action exceptions identified by the AI agent, and ensure accurate processing of operational tasks.

You will also be responsible for:

- Monitoring and managing an inbox of approximately 600 emails per day
- Filtering and prioritising incoming correspondence
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Chasing and obtaining accurate information from stakeholders
