About the position: (Senior Associate to Special Counsel Level)

Step into a pivotal role where you’ll oversee high-value and complex family law matters, including property settlements, parenting disputes, and financial agreements. You’ll play an instrumental role in mentoring junior lawyers, fostering their growth and shaping the firm’s future leaders. With a flexible work-life balance, including a WFH day, and regular team events, this position offers a rewarding blend of professional achievement and personal satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

- 5-8+ years of post-admission experience in family law (private practice only)
- Strong expertise in property settlements, parenting disputes, and financial agreements
- Ability to achieve billable targets (5 to 6 hours per day)
- Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring junior lawyers
- A commitment to providing exceptional client care and outcomes

negotiable from $150,000 to $220,000+ based on experience
