About the role

Snap Print Solutions, part of Australia's leading print and design network, is seeking two motivated professionals to join our close-knit team at our Prahran and Caulfield centres.

Position 1 – Digital & Wide Format Print Operator

An experienced Print Operator role to run digital and wide-format printing equipment in a fast-paced commercial print workplace.

Key responsibilities

- Digital and wide-format press operation, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting

- Strict colour matching and quality control

- Machine finishing: trimming, laminating, binding, folding, and mounting

- Managing production schedules to meet tight turnarounds

- Inventory and stock control

Position 2 – Graphic Designer / Customer Support

A dual role ideal for a creative, organized individual who excels at artwork preparation, administration, and client communication.

Key responsibilities

- Prepress and file setup using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PDF editing tools

- Assisting clients via phone, email, and over the counter with quotes and order updates

- Processing orders, job tracking,



and updating centre workflow tools/CRM

- Coordinating directly with the production team for smooth turnaround

About you

Position 1 Requirements:

- Prior experience in a commercial print setup (e.g., Fuji, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, or wide-format equipment)

- Strong attention to detail, safety focus, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Position 2 Requirements:

- Proven experience in prepress and graphic design for print or signage

- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a proactive attitude
