We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Leading Hand Drainage Plumber to join our growing team.

This isn’t just another plumbing job. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, lead from the front and deliver quality work while working alongside a great team.

? What You'll Be Doing

- Leading a drainage plumbing crew on-site

- Installing and managing drainage systems across a range of projects

- Installing Underground civil drainage systems

- Installing underground servicees Eg: Fire mains, water mains, gas mains

- Pouring civil pits

- Installing underground pump stations

- Reading plans and working closely with builders and site supervisors

- Keeping jobs moving and ensuring deadlines are met

- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship

- Coordinating materials, equipment and day-to-day site requirements

- Problem-solving and making decisions on-site

- Mentoring junior plumbers

- Ensuring all work is completed safely and professionally

? What We're Looking For

You’ll be someone who:

- Has a current plumbing registration/licence

- Has solid experience in drainage plumbing





- Has previous Leading Hand experience — or is ready to step up

- Can confidently read plans and understand drainage layouts

- Is organised, reliable and takes pride in their work

- Can lead a team without needing to be micromanaged

- Has strong communication skills

- Takes safety seriously

- Has a current driver's licence
