Habitania is looking for a passionate and experienced Visual Merchandiser to oversee the presentation of our Liverpool, Narellan and Penrith stores.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong eye for styling, product placement and commercial retail presentation. You will work closely with our store teams to ensure each location consistently reflects the Habitania brand, while keeping displays fresh, inspiring and commercially focused.

Our stores are heavily focused on visual presentation, with regularly changing collections, seasonal stories and styled displays designed to inspire our customers and showcase our products at their best.

About the Role

Working across our Liverpool, Narellan and Penrith locations, you will take ownership of the visual merchandising standards across all three stores.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Styling and refreshing in-store displays and furniture stages

- Creating strong focal points and cohesive product stories

- Merchandising new product deliveries and seasonal collections

- Maintaining strong colour, scale and product balance throughout each store

- Refreshing wall bays, furniture settings and key merchandising zones

- Styling floral arrangements and decorative accessories

- Ensuring stores remain visually full, balanced and commercially presented

- Implementing company merchandising direction and seasonal concepts

- Supporting window displays and promotional changes

- Identifying opportunities to improve product visibility and customer flow





- Working alongside Store Managers and team members to maintain standards between visits

- Providing practical merchandising guidance and feedback to store teams

This role involves regular travel between the three locations and will suit someone who enjoys being on the floor, moving product and transforming spaces.

About You

You will ideally have:

- Previous visual merchandising experience within retail, homewares, furniture, fashion or a similar visually driven environment

- A strong eye for colour, proportion, balance and product placement

- Confidence styling furniture, home decor and accessories

- The ability to work independently and manage multiple locations

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to move and reposition merchandise

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with store teams

- A commercial mindset, understanding that great merchandising should both inspire customers and drive sales

- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for travel between locations

Experience within homewares, furniture or interiors will be highly regarded.
