About the position:

Our client is seeking an ambitious Associate-level Commercial/Property Lawyer to join their esteemed team in Brisbane. This role involves managing a variety of commercial and property matters, including property transactions, commercial leases, corporate governance, and contract negotiations. You will work closely with experienced partners, receiving mentorship and support to advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a diverse range of commercial and property law matters
- Provide expert advice on property transactions and commercial leases
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Conduct negotiations and manage client relationships
- Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on complex cases

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 3-5 years PAE in commercial and property law
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with relevant legal software is advantageous
