Welink Recruitment have partnered with a leading Construction Organisation who is leading the way in delivering high-end residential apartments & commercial projects across Sydney. With their strong Executive Leadership team, they are going through a period of rapid growth and therefore, they are heavily investing into their people, systems and processes!

THE ROLE

Joining this Head Contractor as an Estimator, you will be pivotal in contributing to the businesses’ growth plans in strategically tendering and acquiring projects with a book value of up to $50M across new build residential & commercial projects.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

- The successful candidate will have a strong background within Estimating working for a strong Tier 3 Head Contractor. Additionally, you will have;
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction or Quantity Surveying




- Strong track record in tendering for Residential/Commercial projects up to $50M
- Strong IT competency; JobPac, Buildsoft Cubit OR CostX
- Strong attention to detail with ability to strategically problem solve
