Construction Manager

• Gold Mine Project, NT
• 2/1 FIFO roster
• $150-155ph incl super
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction Management

Role Opportunity
An opportunity to lead construction delivery on a major gold project entering the execution phase. Working within an EPCM environment, you will oversee multi-discipline construction activities across the wet plant scope while driving safety, productivity and contractor performance.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Extensive mineral processing construction experience
• Strong EPCM experience
• Engineering or construction qualifications
• Strong stakeholder management capability
• Demonstrated safety leadership commitment

Duties & Responsibilities
• Champion site-wide HSE compliance
• Develop construction execution strategies
• Manage multi-discipline construction activities
• Coordinate contractors across site




• Monitor schedule, cost and progress
