James & Grace is a boutique lifestyle store in the heart of Bendigo, offering a beautifully curated collection of Country Road clothing and homewares, along with décor, gifts, stationery, pyjamas, accessories and exclusive collections you won’t find everywhere.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our Bendigo team.

This is a flexible casual position, with hours varying depending on the needs of the store. There will be plenty of additional hours available throughout the busy Christmas trading period, so we are particularly interested in applicants who can offer good availability during this time.

About the Role

As part of James & Grace Bendigo, you will:

- Deliver warm, genuine service and create memorable customer experiences

- Confidently drive sales and build lasting customer relationships

- Assist customers across Country Road clothing and homewares, gifts, accessories and lifestyle products

- Offer friendly styling advice and develop strong product knowledge

- Assist with merchandising, stock presentation and keeping the store looking beautiful

- Process sales accurately and efficiently

- Assist with stock,



unpacking deliveries and general day-to-day store duties

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in retail or customer service, with strong sales ability

- Passionate about fashion, clothing, homewares and beautiful products

- Confident, approachable and genuinely enjoys working with customers

- Flexible and reliable, with availability across weekdays and Saturdays

- Available for additional hours during the busy Christmas trading period

- Proactive, energetic and a great team player

- Happy to take a hands-on approach and help wherever needed
