Eleven years ago, Babylon opened its doors here in Leederville with a coffee machine, a handful of tables, and a plan to make good food for good people. Eleven years on, we're still here and still sweating the small stuff so our regulars get it right every time.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting and managing the team

- Being aware of the immediate and future needs of the café and providing for those needs

- Leading by example

- Day to day running of the café

- Ensuring a great customer experience

About you

- At least 2 years café experience

- Coffee isn't just a task to you,



you take pride in pulling a consistently great shot, every cup, every time, no matter how busy it gets

- A genuine multitasking legend

- Comfortable jumping between jobs all day without missing a beat

- Sharp eye for detail
