About the Role

Two Ravens Solutions (2RS) is seeking experienced, qualified and reliable Security Supervisors and Security Guards to join our growing team across licensed venues throughout the Newcastle and Hunter Region.

We have regular work available Monday through Saturday, including evening and weekend shifts.

As part of the 2RS team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. We are looking for people who can communicate effectively, use sound judgement, de-escalate situations and represent both 2RS and our clients professionally.

We are particularly interested in experienced supervisors and senior security personnel who are confident leading teams in busy licensed venues.

What You'll Be Doing

- Maintaining a professional and visible security presence

- Patrolling and monitoring licensed premises

- Identifying and responding to security, safety and RSA-related issues

- Managing venue entry, patron behaviour and crowd movements

- Enforcing venue policies and Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements

- Using communication and de-escalation techniques to resolve incidents safely

- Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies

- Liaising with venue management, clients, emergency services and other stakeholders

- Completing accurate incident reports, security logs and shift documentation

- Supporting a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons and venue staff

- Supervisors: leading security teams, allocating positions, conducting briefings and maintaining operational standards throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

Applicants must have:

- Current NSW Security Licence

- Current RSA competency

- Current First Aid certification





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Professional presentation and attitude

- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure

- Strong situational awareness and conflict-resolution skills

- Reliability and a strong work ethic

- Availability for evening and weekend work

Previous experience in licensed venues, hospitality, events or crowd control is highly regarded.

For supervisor positions, previous experience leading security teams or working in senior venue security roles is preferred.
