CCL Label Australia is part of CCL Industries — a global leader in specialty labelling and packaging, employing thousands of people across facilities on nearly every continent. Locally, CCL Label works alongside Checkpoint, another CCL Industries business, and together they are upgrading their current warehouse!

Reporting to the Plant Manager you will have a brand new warehouse and two operations coming together under one roof. THis a role about people and talking one business and one goal.

This is a genuinely rare opportunity — to be involved with some outstanding people who just get on with it. Two operations are moving into a single new site, and this role is about making that transition work and flow from the outset by getting everyone's buy in.

What you'll actually be doing:

- Leading procurement, warehousing, inventory and logistics across the combined operation




- Setting the tone and standard for a team that is passionate and proud
- Driving Lean and 5S as the way the site actually operates, not a policy on paper
- Owning supplier relationships, freight, forecasting and inventory accuracy
- Leading from the front
