Hop City Bar is looking for talented chefs to join us as we restructure and build the next chapter of our kitchen team.

We're recruiting across multiple levels:

HEAD CHEF
We're looking for an experienced kitchen leader who can take ownership of the kitchen, develop a great team and deliver consistently. Strong people management is just as key to us as your ability to cook.

SOUS CHEF / SENIOR CHEF
An opportunity for an experienced chef who wants to step into a senior role, help lead services and be part of building a strong kitchen from the ground up.

CASUAL CHEFS / COOKS
We're also looking for reliable casual chefs and cooks across a range of experience levels. Regular hours available for the right people.

Hop City Bar is an established, busy bar and restaurant with a contemporary, approachable menu, a great FOH team and plenty happening across weekly specials, functions and events.

For our senior positions, we're particularly interested in people who know how to lead, coach and develop a team without creating unnecessary stress or drama.
