Elm Colour Your Lifestyle Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Clothing Store Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our Warriewood store. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring the successful delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Warriewood store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates, fostering a positive work environment
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, visually appealing, and compliant with company policies and procedures
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the regional management team to support the overall business strategy
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the clothing or fashion industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional shopping experience
- Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
