We have been creating Sydney's favorite chocolates since 2008 and we are looking for a passionate Retail Sales Associate to join us and grow our business at our boutique store in Sydney CBD.
Applicants must have valid Australian work rights or a valid work visa to be eligible for this position.
What you'll be doing
1. Deliver exceptional customer service to our in store clients.
2. Confidently recommend and upsell products both to in store clients and corporate clients.
3. Maintaining the store's visual merchandising and presentation to the highest standards
4. Operating the POS system and handling transaction accurately.
5. Handles stock rotation and proper product shelve management.
6. Work as a team to assist company sales target and KPI goals.
7. Deliver measureable sales growth to the organisation.
8. Must know how to prepare and make hot/cold drinks for customers.
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT SHOULD BE:
- Confident in engaging customers that leads to high level of conversion to sales.
- Passionate about quality food and having the ability to share our philosophy to our customer
- Must have excellent personal hygiene.
- Previous experience in retail environment and a strong experience in B-B would be highly considered for further opportunities in the company.
- Minimum of 3+ years of retail sales experience is required for this position.
- 100% reliable, adaptable, punctual and ability to work on weekdays.
- Exceptional presentation and verbal communication skills both in customer and corporate clients.
- Shift preferences for morning or afternoon availability to be discussed during interview.
- Must be flexible and available for varying shift patterns based on business needs and operational requirements.
