An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially driven, technology-minded CEO to lead a privately backed Australian start-up operating across fibre networks, telecommunications and digital infrastructure.

This is a genuine build-and-scale opportunity for an executive who understands how to turn complex technology into a scalable, high-growth commercial business.

Working closely with the CTO and technical leadership team, the CEO will set the overall vision, growth strategy and commercial direction of the organisation, while ensuring technology, product and network capability remain central to the business strategy.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Board, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the growth and performance of the company.

Key responsibilities include:

- Defining and executing the company’s commercial, technology and growth strategy;

- Partnering closely with the CTO to align technology, product and network roadmaps with commercial objectives;

- Scaling the company’s fibre network footprint and supporting digital platform;

- Driving innovation across network services, provisioning, automation and customer experience;

- Leading relationships with RSPs, carriers, developers, technology partners and strategic customers;

- Building scalable systems, processes and operating capability;

- Driving revenue growth, profitability and enterprise value;

- Leading P&L;, investment and capital allocation decisions;

- Building a high-performing commercial and operational leadership team;

- Representing the business with shareholders, investors and strategic partners; and

- Identifying recent products, markets,



partnerships and growth opportunities.

About You

We are looking for a senior executive with a strong combination of technology, telecommunications and commercial leadership.

You will ideally bring:

- Senior leadership experience within fibre, telecommunications, broadband, network technology or digital infrastructure;

- Strong technical literacy and the ability to work credibly alongside a CTO and engineering team;

- An understanding of FTTP, XGS-PON, network architecture, OSS/BSS, APIs, provisioning, automation and network operations;

- Experience building or scaling a technology-led business;

- Strong commercial, P&L; and operational capability;

- Knowledge of wholesale telecommunications and fibre network economics;

- Experience taking technology products, platforms or services to market;

- Strong Board, shareholder and investor engagement experience; and

- An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset suited to a high-growth start-up.

You may currently be a CEO, Founder, Managing Director, CTO, COO, Chief Product Officer or senior executive within a fibre, telecommunications or technology-led infrastructure business.

Of particular interest are candidates who have previously built, scaled, commercialised or exited a telecommunications or technology business.

It is an opportunity to lead a technology-first telecommunications start-up, working alongside a strong CTO to build the platform, product, commercial model and organisation required for significant scale.
