Full-Time Groundsman

‘’We are seeking an experienced Groundsman to deliver professional gardening and general maintenance services at Marina Realty.

As a full-time team member, you play a vital role in helping to maintain clean, attractive outdoor spaces and support the upkeep of our buildings across multiple unit complexes. This role involves scheduled gardening/grounds tasks and routine maintenance of common areas and facilities.

If you have landscaping experience, solid attention to detail, and work well within a team and routine, we’d love to hear from you.

Skills Required:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

- Experience in hotel or apartment complexes (including pool care) is an advantage

- Proven landscaping and maintenance experience





- Experience in usage of basic tools and gardening equipment

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Physically fit and capable of manual tasks and outdoor work

- Good time management and organisational skills

Responsibilities:

- Maintain punctuality, presentation, and personal hygiene

- Wear appropriate PPE at all times

- Uphold knowledge of property amenities and facilities

- Interact professionally with tenants, owners, and staff

- Report maintenance issues promptly

- Handle and return lost property to the office’’
